Regular hover triggers immediately when the mouse hovers the designated element.
If the user only passes over the element, this triggers an unnecessary JS animation or CSS styling action.
jQuery Nice Hover detects the user's intention of hovering the element, by adding a small time delay.
This enables the user to pass over the element without triggering the hover effects, while users actually hovering it will see the effect, without a really long delay.
It's basically like hoverIntent, but coded differently.
A demo is included with the download package.
